2nd Shift Direct Hire Bilingual Manufacturing Supervisor Needed ASAP!

PeopleShare has partnered with a locally owned and operated building material fabricator. This company has been operating for over 40 years and prides itself on its quality and consistency. We are looking for a bilingual 2nd shift Supervisor to fill an immediate Direct Hire Opening. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to learn and advance their career!

Job Details for Manufacturing Supervisor:

• Schedule: 2pm - 11pm
• Pay Rate: $25+/hour, dependent on experience
• Full Benefits: Health, Dental & Vision insurance
• Paid Time off Job Responsibilities & Description for Manufacturing Supervisor:
  • Direct activities of a team of 5-10
  • Keep up to date records and documentation
  • Assist in all areas of the facility Job Requirements for Manufacturing Supervisor:
    • 4-5 years supervisory experience preferred, building material experience not required
    • Bilingual Spanish and English is required
    • Forklift Certification is a plus
    • Ability to train for minimum 2 weeks on 1st shift, ideally with flexibility to cover other shifts as needed
